"Wasn’t really for me"
I don’t know, I just wasn’t very happy with my experience on zoesdeco.com. Maybe I missed something or expected it to be different, but it didn’t really work out the way I thought it would. Left feeling kind of disappointed, so I probably wouldn’t use it again.

I ordered two cushions and somehow ended up with random covers instead. I really don’t have the patience to deal with returns for something this basic. Frustrating.

My package showed up late again, and the worst part was there wasn’t any clear update along the way. I kept checking and just felt like I was left guessing. Frustrating, especially when this keeps happening...

My order from zoesdeco.com arrived damaged straight out of the box, which was really disappointing. The packaging felt careless, like no one even bothered to check it before sending it out. this is why ordering stuff online always feels like a gamble. Total waste of time, and I’m not happy with it at all...

"The Support Experience Was a Bit of a Saga"
I went in hoping for a quick fix, but it turned into a whole waiting game. Support took longer than I expected to get back to me, and when they did, the replies felt kind of vague and not super helpful. It wasn’t an absolute disaster or anything, but it was disappointing.

"Absolutely Not Worth It"
This thing looked cheap the second I opened it, and I am 100% convinced it’s one of the lowest-quality items I’ve ever bought. It started falling apart way too soon, like there’s no possible way it was made to last. Definitely wouldn’t buy again.

"Not sure it’s worth the price"
Some of the items looked really nice online, so I was expecting better quality for what I paid. The decor I received looks okay, but it feels a bit cheaper and less sturdy than it did in the photos. Delivery was fine, nothing to complain about, but nothing impressive either. I don’t totally hate what I got, I just don’t feel like it was great value for the money. Has anyone else had the same issue with the quality not matching the pictures? I probably wouldn’t order again unless the prices were lower.

"Checkout was a mess"
I tried placing an order on Zoesdeco, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my card details. I refreshed it a couple of times hoping it would work, but then my cart was suddenly empty, which was really frustrating.
There wasn’t any clear error message or explanation, so I ended up wasting time and didn’t feel comfortable trying again. i’d at least expect an apology for the hassle because the whole experience was annoying.

I’m a bit picky about ordering only from places that actually have what they list, so this was frustrating. The items I wanted said they were in stock, but once I tried to buy them, they were unavailable. Felt like a waste of time

"Misleading packaging claims, item showed up damaged"
I ordered a small decor piece from zoesdeco.com, and the packaging was disappointing. The site made it sound like items are packed carefully, but that felt really misleading once I saw the box. It was thin, partly crushed, and there was barely any padding inside.
By the time it arrived, the piece had chips on the corner and dust all over it. Maybe it looked nice before it was shipped, but I can’t really judge that now. For the price, I expected way better protection, not wording that makes you think it’ll arrive safely when it clearly didn’t. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I was browsing Zoesdeco the product descriptions just didn’t give me enough to go on. Some stuff looks nice, but there’s barely any info about the materials, dimensions, or what’s actually included. It literally makes it hard to feel confident about buying anything. I’d probably pass unless they add clearer details...

I sent my order back weeks ago, and I’m still not seeing the refund come through. I’ve tried reaching out to support, but they barely respond, frustrating.

"Decent site, but a little clunky"
I was able to find what I needed in the end, but the site felt a bit slow and the menu was confusing at times. Checkout went through fine, so that part was easy enough. I just wish the navigation felt smoother and a little more personal, because the whole experience kind of made me feel like just a ticket number

The site looks fine at first, but the designs felt kind of all over the place to me. Some pieces were cute, but others looked a bit cheap and just not really my vibe. I also tried reaching out with a question and felt like I got stuck in a support loop, with the same replies pointing me back to the help page. Overall, it just wasn’t for me

"Returning it was way more hassle than expected"
I wasn’t happy with the return process at all. It felt confusing from the start, and you end up spending way too much time trying to figure out what to do next. I kept having to check the steps because nothing felt clear. For something that should’ve been a simple return, it turned into a headache. I don’t think I’ll order again.
